Today's Tips

18.    Stressed a lot in job or housework? Sit down relaxed for just 5 minutes, close the eyes, start day dreaming, building castles in the air. May be a futile attempt, but will give you a fresh mind to start work again. In this you do not lose money or energy in anyway. Right? Day dreaming now and then is a big mental booster!!!

19.    For heartburn, try to swallow your own saliva. It is a medicine and will give temporary relief.

20.    Do you know, apple reduces the cholesterol in the blood level to a great extent. No wonder, people say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. Tomato also has the same property.

21.    Always take any tablet in water instead of any drink. Drinks reduce the power of the tablets.
