12.    Ginger tea will set right mild stomach upset. Better to have it without milk. Mix one teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of lime juice in hot tea without milk, swallow it slowly keeping it for long in the throat. Throat irritation and mild sore throat will become all right.

13.    Do not exercise before going to bed. Best time for exercise is early morning. Exercise will produce heat in the body and that will disturb the night sleep to a very great extent.

14.    Dieting is not starving or avoiding one meal or breakfast altogether. Take 75% of what you usually take at every meal (for instance 3 idlis in the place of 4). That is best dieting.
