16. Alternate potato and sweet potato while cooking. Potato has potassium and sweet potato has beta carotene and fiber. OK?
17. Do you know, black pepper is a natural antibiotic?? It reduces cholesterol. It has Vitamin A and C. Absolutely no fat in any form. So try to substitute black pepper to chilli wherever possible.
