41.    To prepare chappathi dough, take one measure of atta and its half measure of water to blend.That is the correct proportion of flour and water.
 
42.    Do you know, Curry leaves and Coriander leaves  are good stimulants of insulin secretion.

43.    Tender mango leaves made into chutney will give good appetite and very good for diabetic patients.

44.    Sesame powder with jaggary is good for nursing mothers as it has the property of increasing breast milk. Jaggary is a good source of iron.

45.    Onion in any recipe is good for constipation and for people suffering from piles.
46.    Potato – onion masal with less of spices is very good as there is not much oil  and potato has good carb in it. But  the mischief monger is the associated Poori!!! But masal without Poori is valueless, that is the pity of it!!. 

 47.    Onion removes the unwanted fat from the body.

48.    Onion has very good  medicinal property in controlling BP in the body. It  acts well in regulating the working of the liver. Having onion in some form or the other in daily food, gives an all round  health boost! So say hippip hurray to onion.
